📦 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Delivery Within Kuwait
- Free delivery on orders above 20 KWD.
- A delivery fee of 0.750 KWD applies for orders below 20 KWD.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
🌍 International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Kuwait. International shipping is not yet available.
⚠️ Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, customs delays, or courier issues).
- We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will do our best to keep you updated.
📬 Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with delivery details.
- If you have not received your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are not covered under our free re-delivery policy.
